This Germany-wide employee recruiting campaign of the AOK health insurance company was carried out by Sven Jacobsen over a span of four days in Stuttgart and Berlin, with the participation of real AOK employees. Thirty employees were featured and multiple films were shot. Sven Jacobsen’s talent in filming and photographing individuals who are not accustomed to acting professionally in front of cameras, while ensuring their sense of security, truly defines the essence of this campaign.
